ppWe are seeking a talented bFPA Analyst /b to join our Finance team in Rome. In this role, you will support the planning, forecasting, and reporting activities of the business, providing insightful analysis and contributing to strategic decision-making through accurate financial information and performance monitoring. /p h3Activities Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupporting monthly variance analysis and preparation of accruals and journal entries in collaboration with Shared Finance teams /li liConsolidating and analyzing data from multiple sources to identify trends across KPIs, budgets, and forecasts /li liSupporting the FPA Manager in performance analysis and developing recommendations for Finance Business Partners and leadership teams /li liEnhancing data governance by improving the quality, consistency, and integrity of financial reporting and analysis /li liRunning simulations and "what-if" scenarios to evaluate business opportunities and support decision-making /li liAssisting in the development and maintenance of forecasting models /li liSupporting forecasting and budgeting processes through the provision of timely and accurate information /li liPreparing Forecast and Budget reports for leadership teams /li liProducing routine and ad-hoc financial models to support business decisions /li liPromoting the sharing of best practices across Finance teams /li liSupporting automation initiatives and continuous improvement of systems, processes, and reporting tools /li liAssisting with SOX controls, compliance activities, and audit requests /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pWe are looking for someone analytical, curious, and business-oriented, with a strong desire to learn and develop within a Finance environment.
