interfaces and prototypes /li liTurn complex workflows into simple product experiences /li liWork closely with Product Managers and Engineers /li liContribute to our Design System /li liTalk directly with users and participate in research and usability testing /li liAnalyse qualitative feedback together with product usage data /li liMonitor product metrics on a daily and weekly basis /liliUnderstand and improve activation, adoption and engagement /li liIdentify friction in existing experiences and propose improvements /li liManage your work through tools such as Jira /li liReview the experience before and after features go live /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ul liAround 2 years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design or similar /li liStrong knowledge of UX and UI fundamentals /li liA strong eye for product, including hierarchy, spacing, typography, interaction and simplicity /li liExperience with Figma or similar product design tools /li liExperience with concepts such: /li liComponents and reusable patterns /li liResponsive layouts /li liPrototyping /li liDesign systems /li liDeveloper handoff /li liAbility to move from: user flow → wireframe → prototype → final UI /li liBasic knowledge of user research and usability testing /li liCuriosity about user behavior and willingness to talk directly with customers /li liAbility to receive feedback and iterate quickly /li liGood written and spoken English /li /ul h3AI Modern Product Tools /h3 pWe increasingly expect Product Designers to go beyond traditional design tools - experience with any of the following is a strong plus: /p ul liLovable or similar vibe-coding / AI prototyping platforms /li liAI-assisted prototyping tools /li liUsing AI to explore product ideas, create prototypes or accelerate research /li liBasic understanding of how to turn a design concept into a working interactive experience /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience with B2B SaaS /li liFamiliarity with tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Hotjar or FullStory /li liBasic understanding of activation, conversion and feature adoption /li liExperience working with a Design System /li liExperience collaborating directly with developers /li liKnowledge of eCommerce or operational software /li /ul h3What You’ll Learn /h3 pThis role is designed to accelerate your growth into a strong end-to-end Product Designer.
