With a commitment to innovation and excellence, we serve a global customer base, providing solutions that enhance the efficiency and functionality of household refrigeration systems.Main ResponsibilitiesMonthly closing; Variances analysis with respect to standard costs of materials and of direct labor; Cost analysis and monthly reconciliation process with General Ledger; Monthly Inventory control and periodic physical inventory counts and related internal audit; Fixed Assets inventory mangement; Definition of strong standard operating procedures in line with corporate requirements and deadlines; Interaction with Operation, Purchasing, Logistic, Sales; Coordination with Global Shared Services center and Business Platform Controllers.RequirementsTechnical training background preferred managerial engineering or business economy, a base experience in cost accounting and/or industrial controlling, gained in B2B manufacturing project-based or serial productions companies; Advanced use ofExcel, Google Suite and SAP systems is required,
with particular focus on industrial process management modules; 3/5 Years experience in Industrial controlling in a manufacturing plant possibly in a multinational environment; Proficient in English language is a must; Available for domestic travel.Soft Skills:Analysis and synthesis skills with problem solving attitude; Proactiveness;Effective communication, team working and team management; Results oriented. Focus on deadlines; Ability to collaborate effectively with all corporate functions; Ability to understand transactional processes (logistic, manufacturing).Contractual & Corporate CompensationContract Type: Permanent, Full-time.Applied Collective Agreement (CCNL): Metalworking Industry (Metalmeccanica Industria).Salary Range (Gross Annual Salary / RAL): €41,000 – €52,000.
