pAs a Senior Optical Transceiver Engineer at Nokia, you drive the evaluation, validation, and introduction of advanced pluggable transceivers for Datacom and Telecom—from 100G to 1.6T. You will work within a global, cross-functional optics team to define requirements, support supplier selection, and shape the product portfolio. You lead test strategy definition, remote validation coordination, and hands-on lab validation in automated environments, contributing to Nokia’s cutting-edge optical solutions.
