Sotto la supervisione del team Lifestyle, gli ospiti ricevono un’ospitalità su misura. Al settimo piano del palazzo, con vista maestosa sulla città, l’hotel ospita l’Armani/Ristorante con cucina italiana dalle sapienti rivisitazioni in chiave internazionale e l’Armani/Bamboo Bar, mentre all’ultimo piano Armani/SPA si estende su una superficie di 1.000 mq con piscina relax e palestra.

Armani Hotel Milano is seeking an exceptional Director of Sales & Marketing to join our Executive Committee and lead the hotel’s commercial strategy during an exciting period of transformation and growth.




This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished luxury hospitality professional to shape the commercial success of one of the world’s most iconic lifestyle brands.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of Sales, Marketing, Communications & Digital Marketing, driving revenue performance, strengthening our market position, and reinforcing Armani Hotel Milano’s reputation as a benchmark for contemporary luxury hospitality.
We are looking for a leader who has:
Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role within luxury hospitality.
A strong background in Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management.
An established international network within the luxury travel industry.
Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on leadership style.
A passion for developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional business results.
