The role supports the delivery of software projects throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
by working closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. The successful candidate combines strong analytical skills with a collaborative approach to drive business value and continuous improvement. /p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. /li /brliTranslate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. /li /brliCollaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC. /li /brliParticipate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. /li /brliSupport backlog refinement, prioritization, and requirements traceability. /li /brliAnalyze business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation. /li /brliSupport solution validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and release activities. /li /brliProduce and maintain functional documentation while facilitating communication between business and technical teams. /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications Experience /h3 /brul /brliBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. /li /brliProven experience as an ICT Business Analyst or in a similar IT Business Analysis role. /li /brliSolid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). /li /brliHands-on experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe). /li /brliExperience with requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation. /li /brliFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar collaboration tools. /li /brliStrong analytical, problem-solving,
