Excelsior Hotel Gallia is looking for an intern for the
Purchasing Department
.
Main activities
Support in managing and monitoring orders of food supplies, beverages, and materials for the property
Assistance in researching and comparing quotes from suppliers, evaluating quality and prices
Filing and document management activities
Collaboration with different hotel departments to ensure compliance with company standards
Support in warehouse management and periodic inventories
Requirements
Precision, organization, and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in team
Good knowledge of Italian and English language
