Join us in redefining the boundaries of what's possible. /p h3Your Role /h3 pAs Head of Logistics Automation, you will define and drive the global automation strategy across the logistics network. You will lead the development and deployment of automated solutions, driving operational efficiency, scalability, innovation and continuous improvement across logistics facilities worldwide. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and execute the global Logistics Automation roadmap. /li liLead the design and implementation of automated logistics solutions. /li liDrive automation projects across greenfield and brownfield facilities. /li liDefine technical standards, requirements and technology selection.
/li liOversee solutions including ASRS, AMR/AGV, shuttle, conveyor and sortation systems. /li liEnsure integration between WMS, WCS, ERP and automation systems. /li liMonitor automation performance, reliability, throughput and operational KPIs. /li liLead continuous improvement and optimization initiatives. /li liManage relationships with vendors, system integrators and engineering partners. /li liCoordinate international, cross-functional teams across Logistics, Engineering, IT and Operations. /li /ul h3Main Requirements /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Automation, Electrical or Logistics Engineering. /li li10+ years of experience in logistics automation or automated logistics systems. /li liProven experience leading large-scale automation projects in logistics/distribution environments. /li liStrong knowledge of automated material handling and warehouse automation. /li liExperience with ASRS, shuttle, AMR/AGV, conveyor and sortation systems. /li liKnowledge of WCS and industrial automation/control systems. /li liExperience in system integration across WMS, WCS, ERP and automation platforms. /li liStrong project/program management and stakeholder management skills. /li liExperience working with international and cross-functional teams. /li liKnowledge of KNAPP solutions and SAP EWM/WM is a plus. /li /ul h3What's In It For You /h3 pIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
