RESPONSABILITÀ

The MLC/MLO Designer is responsible for the design, development, and
optimization of circuit layouts in compliance with the electrical, mechanical,
and manufacturing specifications of the product.

Main Responsibilities

* Layout design starting from customer-provided specifications;
* Component placement and routing optimized for electrical performance;
* Signal assignment to meet customer requirements and optimize performance;
* Design Rule Check (DRC) verification and compliance with company and
regulatory standards;
* Collaboration with the mechanical team to ensure design integration;
* Design optimization for manufacturing (DFM – Design for Manufacturing) and
assembly (DFA);
* Preparation of technical documentation (Gerber files, BOM, stack-up,
fabrication drawings);




* Support during the debugging phase;
* Interface with MLC/MLO suppliers and manufacturers.

REQUISITI

* Knowledge of PCB design CAD tools (Cadence Allegro);
* Knowledge of PCB/MLO Technologies;
* Familiarity with signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) issues;
* Ability to read and understand electrical schematics;
* Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work in multidisciplinary
teams;
* Good knowledge of technical English.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in high-speed design (memory, high-speed links);
* Experience with IPC standards.

Annual salary: 25.000€ - 35.000€
