CGA Technologies Srl is a leading metalworking company in the production of heat exchangers for the automotive, alternative energy, electronics and refrigeration sectors. We are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPER
Role and responsibilities
The figure we are looking for is a of Business Developer for our Commercial Team. BD will have the responsibility of contributing to commercial development, through the following activities:

- • Establish the necessary connections with internal teams in order to bring new RFQs;
- • Manage orders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and effective communication with internal teams;
- • Monitor the market and competition, analyzing trends and opportunities to optimize sales strategies;
- • Acquisition of new customers through the implementation of lead generation and customer engagement strategies.
Skills
-
- • Degree (Engineering is preferred);
- • Previous experience of 3/5 years (Energy sector is preferred);
- • Teamwork and problem solving skills;
- • Economic and financial sensitivity;
- • Precision and goal orientation;
- • Project management and organization skills;
- • Fluent in English is mandatory;
- • Position requires a lot of business trip in Europe.
