Overview

In this role you will drive consultative technology sales within Italy's public sector, partnering with healthcare, education, and local government to accelerate digital modernization. You will own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure, aligning technical architectures with customer transformation goals. You’ll collaborate with partners and internal experts to navigate procurement and deliver impactful, multi-stakeholder engagements. Responsabilità

- Orchestrate consultative relationships across public sector accounts in Central and Southern Italy with focus on healthcare, education, and local government




- Drive end-to-end sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure using MEDDPICC to manage forecast, pipeline velocity, and executive alignment
- Execute complex commercial transactions from small agile deployments to large modernization agreements that align IT with transformation goals
- Collaborate with channel partners, system integrators, and internal specialists to navigate public procurement frameworks including CONSIP tenders

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of professional B2B technology sales, account management, or commercial client-facing experience
- Fluency in Italian and professional working proficiency in English
