ph3Assistant Sales Business Improvement Support Manager /h3 h3About the Role: /h3 pTo keep the core sales data systems (Newspage, SFA, DMS, PBI, etc.) running properly and their data trustworthy, so that the sales team can have reliable reports, dashboards and data support for its daily operation. /p ul liKeep core sales data systems operating smoothly as the business interface to operational team /li liKeep master data accurate, consistent and compliant /li liDeliver regular reports and dashboards on time, and respond to ad-hoc data requests /li liBuild and maintain SOPs and master data standards, and provide training to the stakeholders /li liProvide a solid data foundation to support fact-based analysis and decision-making for the Management /li /ul h3Main Responsibilities: /h3 ul liAct as the BIS business contact to the operation team, ensure stable running of the systems /li liLog requirements and incidents, file tickets, track to closure and confirm resolution /li liCoordinate system version upgrades, user access and permission management /li liDrive data capture standards on the system side, align front-end input quality with back-end reporting needs /li libReporting (20%) /b /li liPrepare and publish daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly reports on schedule /li liMaintain and continuously improve report templates /li liFlag abnormal data and definition conflicts to BIS Team Leader during report preparation /li libSOP Management and Training (20%) /b /li liEstablish and maintain SOPs for data extraction, report publication, request handling, data correction and master data management /li liDefine owners, lead-time and delivery standards for each step /li liReview process efficiency and drive optimization on regular basis /li libMaster Data Governance (20%) /b /li liExecute and maintain master data standards and entry rules /li liRun quality checks and cleansing, investigate abnormal issues and drive correction to closure /li liEnsure data accuracy, consistency and compliance as the foundation of all data work /li libData Support,
