The Role: Client Insights Analyst
We are seeking a
Client Insight Analyst
to join our HQ Omnichannel Client Team in Milan.
Your Impact
Key Responsibilities:
Generate actionable client insights by analyzing CRM, retail and digital data to identify opportunities for client acquisition, retention, engagement and lifetime value growth.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and performance analyses to monitor CRM initiatives, client behavior and key business KPIs, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Partner with CRM, Retail, Digital and Data teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and support data-driven decision making across client initiatives.
Support client segmentation, audience definition and campaign measurement, evaluating performance and providing recommendations to continuously optimize client strategies.
Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in CRM analytics, customer intelligence, business analytics or a similar data-driven role, preferably within luxury,
fashion, retail or consumer brands
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations
Hands-on experience with CRM and BI tools (e.g. Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, Dynamics or similar), with advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL is a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across CRM, Retail, Digital and Technology teams in a international environment
