Prot.1110 – SG 26/11/04) – selects, for a renowned hospital facility located in bOlbia (SS) /b, healthcare professionals to be included with the role of bNURSE /b. /ppThe Nurse guarantees qualified, personalized, and ongoing nursing care to patients admitted to the facility, in compliance with current regulations, company protocols, and the ethical and deontological principles of the profession. The resource will be responsible for caring for the patient throughout the entire hospitalization process, from assessing care needs to planning, implementing, and verifying interventions, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality, safety, and continuity of care. /ppbMain responsabilities: /b /pulliWelcome and take care of the patient upon admission, identifying their care needs. /liliMonitor clinical conditions and vital signs, promptly identifying any variations and risk situations. /liliAdminister pharmacological therapies according to prescription and in compliance with safety procedures. /liliPlan, implement and verify the nursing interventions under your jurisdiction. /liliEnsure the correct compilation and updating of clinical and nursing documentation. /liliApply company procedures related to infection prevention and clinical risk management. /liliProvide health education and support to patients and family members, including in preparation for discharge. /liliCollaborate with doctors, Social Health Worker and with team”s professional figures to ensure integrated care.
