Responsabilità
Architect and drive multi-service solutions for the Employer domain, focusing on scalability, security, and maintainability
Ensure technical quality through robust testing, balanced automation/manual coverage, and controlled rollouts
Anticipate and resolve blockers, share knowledge, and manage challenging B2B registration flows and high-volume agevolazioni allocations
Own end-to-end delivery from employer signup to employee welfare utilization
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to elevate engineering practices across the team
Maintain system stability and simplify payments by improving back-end efficiency and regulatory compliance
Maintain a user-first mindset, ensuring backend decisions translate into a smooth experience for employers and employees
Requisiti fondamentali
5+ years of backend software engineering experience
Proven experience with microservices, cloud environments, and Agile methodologies
Deep Java experience and strong understanding of AWS (cloud platforms)
Technical leadership: analysis for large projects, mentorship, and knowledge sharing
Structured, professional communication and ability to document technical decisions clearly
Fluent in English; interest in FinTech/startup environment
