Overview
In this role you will lead cybersecurity governance for TAS-I.
You collaborate across engineering and cybersecurity teams to manage risk, define policy, and drive remediation actions for bids and projects.
You'll oversee security maturity, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, and support auditors and suppliers.
This position is pivotal to safeguarding Threat- and risk-sensitive aerospace programs while enabling secure, compliant delivery.

Responsabilità
Define cybersecurity policy scope and roadmap within TAS-I
Monitor cybersecurity risks and KPI for bids and compliance
Share security status and cost data with Centers of Competence
Validate cybersecurity maturity dashboard and KPI levels
Alert leadership on major deviations and support remediation actions
Initiate and support audits for solution security
Ensure alignment of cybersecurity roadmap with TAS strategy and regulations
Provide feedback on cybersecurity policy effectiveness to Engineering Managers
Evaluate bids, approve target security levels, and assess need for pentests
Ensure implementation costs are budgeted and communicate with Purchasing
Participate in key technical reviews and verify cybersecurity sections in DVa
Requisiti fondamentali
***** years of relevant experience in consulting, technology services, digital transformation, cybersecurity and IT/OT security
Experience in Defence and Aerospace Industry within Navigation, Telecommunication, Earth Observation or Space Exploration
Engineering or Master's degree in engineering
Proven product management and lifecycle expertise
Strong knowledge of IT/OT, IoT architectures, ISMS (ISO/IEC *****x), risk management (ISO ***********, EBIOS)
Security accreditation processes, cryptography, audits, vulnerability management and pen tests
Experience with cloud native, virtualization, DEVSECOPS, supply chain security, software development
Strong managerial, communication, negotiation, adaptability, and leadership skills
leadership and team management in a matrix organization
strong communication and synthesis on complex issues
negotiation with industrial and institutional partners
Product management and lifecycle
