Responsabilità
Lead IT Operations and Infrastructure globally and mentor teams
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of enterprise IT services
Manage hybrid on?premise, private cloud, and public cloud environments
Oversee networking, cloud services, endpoint management, identity, and cybersecurity operations
Drive service improvement and operational excellence
Manage external vendors against SLAs
Establish Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management processes
Support Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT operations with strategic objectives
Requisiti fondamentali
Proven leadership in IT Operations, Infrastructure Management, or Service Delivery
Experience managing technical teams and external providers
Strong background in enterprise IT and operational governance
Experience with ITIL-based service management
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Fluent English
