STECONFER, a leading railway construction and maintenance company, is looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our ongoing project in Milan.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an international environment and contribute to the growth and success of large-scale railway infrastructure projects.
- Lead the strategic and operational management of business activities, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and alignment with company objectives
- Drive commercial development by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and expanding market presence
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, revenue growth, margin optimization, and cost control initiatives
- Define and implement business strategies, operational plans, and performance indicators to maximize efficiency and competitiveness




- Manage contract negotiations and high-level stakeholder relationships, ensuring commercial and contractual optimization
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and departments, promoting collaboration, leadership, and operational excellence across the organization
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships through effective communication, service quality, and strategic account management
- Identify business risks and opportunities, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement measures to support company performance and market positioning
