As a Quality Laboratory Specialist, you will lead product validation and testing to ensure top-tier quality and reliability.
You'll work closely with R&D; and Quality teams to validate methods and document results.
Your role drives traceable testing and continuous improvement of lab processes in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilità
Manage, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation (e.g., CMM machines, dynamometers, climatic chambers)
Perform dimensional, mechanical, performance, and durability tests on components and finished products according to control plans and technical specifications
Develop and validate new test methodologies to support R&D; and new product introduction
Analyze test results, prepare detailed technical reports, and ensure documentation traceability
Provide technical and analytical support to Quality Engineers during root cause analysis investigations
Isolate, characterize, and manage non-conforming products identified during testing phases
Requisiti fondamentali
Proven background in a Quality Laboratory within a structured manufacturing environment
Excellent knowledge of metrology and proficiency in using advanced measurement instruments (CMM, LaserScan, calipers)
Advanced ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including GD&T;
Hands-on experience with mechanical testing (tensile, hardness), material analysis, and durability tests
Knowledge of major international testing standards (ISO, ASTM)
Good comprehension of technical English
