Overview
In this role you will lead end-to-end packaging projects, shaping innovative, compliant packaging for large and heavy products across intermodal logistics.
You will collaborate with product development, purchasing, and marketing to align packaging with business goals while improving safety, efficiency, and unpacking experience.
The position offers a chance to push sustainability and regulatory compliance within a global brand.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, on-budget packaging solutions that support Technogym's mission to promote healthy living.
Responsabilità
Develop innovative packaging industrial design concepts and structural designs for improved unpacking experience and safety
Collaborate with Product Development and Purchasing to evaluate materials, suppliers, and manufacturing partners
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and environmental requirements (FDA, ASTM, ISTA)
Define and lead approval test protocols and qualification testing for final packaging solutions
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (product development, style center,



marketing, purchasing, logistics) to align packaging strategies with product goals
Manage end-to-end packaging projects to deliver on time and within budget
Requisiti fondamentali
3–5 years of experience in product packaging project design
Expertise in packaging design, materials, printing processes, and manufacturing technologies
Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration abilities
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards for packaging, labeling, and environmental sustainability
Proficiency in mechanical design and 3D CAD, preferably PTC Creo 9
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
Personal interest in fitness or sports is a plus
