In this role you will help grow the Smart Glasses category by turning advanced tech into customer-facing value through engaging training.
You'll work with Sales, Marketing, Product and Training teams across markets to drive adoption and successful launches.
You will build and maintain a training ecosystem that clarifies how the technology creates value for final consumers.
This position offers hands-on exposure to wearable tech, AI-driven ecosystems and collaboration with top technology partners within a global luxury eyewear business.

Responsabilità
Deliver engaging product and technical training sessions on Smart Glasses to internal teams and Clients
Support launches, events, roadshows and market activations with consistent learning experiences
Create and maintain training materials, digital content, and onboarding journeys
Collect market feedback to identify training needs and adoption barriers
Develop expertise in Smart Glasses tech, AI features, and wearable ecosystems
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and external partners on education and GTM initiatives
Monitor training effectiveness and translate insights into actions to boost knowledge and adoption
Requisiti fondamentali
+3 years of experience in training, product education, retail education, optics, consumer electronics or related areas
Previous experience in eyewear, wearables or consumer technology is a strong plus
Comfortable presenting to audiences and delivering talks
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, business-relevant messages
Willingness to travel
Fluent in English and Italian; other languages are a plus
