Overview
As a Channel Systems Engineer for the North-East region, you enable partner technical success and drive Fortinet's solutions through the channel.
You collaborate with Enterprise CAMs and distributors to grow business, build partner capability, and shepherd technical engagements across the sales cycle.
You will deliver enablement, workshops, and demonstrations that articulate Fortinet's value in security architectures.
This role blends hands-on pre-sales with partner development to scale regional impact in SASE, SD-WAN, and cloud security.

Responsabilità
Support Enterprise CAMs in shaping technical strategy and partner engagement
Deliver enablement sessions, workshops, and product updates to partners
Join partner meetings to explain Fortinet solutions, integrations, and value
Assist partners in qualifying opportunities and aligning with Fortinet architectures
Provide technical support during channel events, webinars, roadshows, and partner programmes
Deliver product demonstrations, whiteboarding, and light PoC support
Maintain knowledge of Fortinet portfolio and emerging security technologies
Collaborate with internal teams, distributors, and partners for technical outcomes




Support documentation and updates in Salesforce
Mentor partners and colleagues on Fortinet technologies
Develop technical relationships with partners across the territories
Requisiti fondamentali
Experience in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or a partner-facing technical role
Experience with channel partners, distributors, or channel-led sales
Strong networking and cybersecurity fundamentals (Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN/WAN, Network Security)
Familiarity with SASE, SD-WAN, Zero Trust, SOC tools, and cloud security
Knowledge of DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP, and common security protocols
Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud (desirable)
Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to build trusted relationships with partners, distributors, CAMs, and internal teams
Collaborative mindset and inclusivity in a high-performing team
Industry certifications (e.g., NSE, CISSP, CCNP) a plus
Willingness to travel across territories
