Responsabilità
Present Chaumet to clients with warmth and luxury; share 240+ years of history and expertise
Drive sales by offering a curated selection and guiding purchasing decisions
Build and manage a client portfolio; develop and update customer files
Conduct clienteling activities and invite clients to Maison events
Prepare for VIP visits with appropriate selections and occasion context
Support overall boutique performance through teamwork and participation in meetings
Contribute to reporting, performance analysis, and customer feedback
Collaborate with Visual Merchandising on windows and internal displays
Support stock management, cashier procedures, and after-sales processes
Requisiti fondamentali
5 years of luxury/jewelry sales experience, Kuwait preferred
Fluency in English and Arabic
Commercial mindset with achievement-driven attitude
Empathy, listening skills, and strong interpersonal abilities
Business acumen, storytelling, and strong written/oral communication skills
