This means: We protect the environment while also improving the driving experience of millions of vehicles.For our Laives (BZ) Engineering Center, we are looking for an:Advanced Development Engineer (m/f/x)Where we need youAs an Advanced Development Engineer you will play a central role within our R&D organization, supervising and coordinating research projects focused on the development of new products and manufacturing processes. The position is strongly oriented toward product/technology innovation and industrial implementation.Main responsibilities:Manage Advanced Development projects, including planning, prioritization, progress monitoring, reporting, and financial follow-up, as well as documentation for publicly funded projectsPlan new Advanced Development activities, including budget and timelines, and select and coordinate external research partnersContribute to the development of new products and product improvements, supporting applications in propulsion, electrification, and structural lightweight designPromote technical excellence by strengthening collaboration across teams and functions within the organizationHow to convince usDegree in Engineering, Physics,
