Job TitleIndustrial & Logistics SpecialistJob Description SummaryJob Description#LI-DNIIncumbent Employee from a Client TransitionKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage the client portfolio through scouting, networking, and the consolidation of existing relationships.Identify new business opportunities in the industrial, logistics, and data center markets through market analysis and proactive client engagement.Manage the full brokerage process, from service presentation to negotiation and transaction completion.Prepare commercial proposals and contractual documentation aimed at securing exclusive marketing mandates.Produce reports and presentation materials for clients and investors, both in Italian and English.Coordinate property inspections and act as a point of contact for landlords, developers, and tenants.Collaborate with the Research team to gather and analyze market data and support the preparation of sector reports.Participate in sector events and marketing initiatives to strengthen the positioning of both the brand and the team.Skills and ExperienceExperience in Real Estate market, a focus on the industrial and logistics sector is preferred.Client focused and results driven mindset.Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently manage projects.Fluent in English, spoken and written.Good knowledge of the Real Estate market and key trends in the industrial, logistics, and data center sectors.Proactivity, determination and flexibility, with an aptitude for working in dynamic environments.Qualifications and Additional RequirementsExpert in IT tools (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, CRM systems, data management platforms).
Real Estate Agent License preferred, but not essential at entry.Driving license (Category B)
