We control administrative, accounting, and financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with tax requirements and optimizing credit management, debt collection, and treasury activities. A primary focus is placed on integrating the accounting, administrative, and reporting processes of companies being acquired, ensuring alignment and efficiency at the Group level. /ppThe Finance Operations Business Partner supports recurring revenue operations, contributing to reporting, reconciliations, data quality, and process improvement initiatives. Working across Finance, Business, and IT teams, the role helps ensure accurate and efficient processes while supporting the growth and evolution of subscription-based business operations. /ph3In particular, you will: /h3ulliMonitor and analyze operational and financial KPIs related to recurring revenue processes. /liliSupport monthly reporting and management analysis activities. /liliPerform reconciliations between operational systems, billing platforms, and ERP environments. /liliAnalyze contracts, subscriptions, customer data, and financial transactions,



identifying anomalies and areas for improvement. /liliSupport recurring revenue operational activities and related controls. /liliEnsure data quality and consistency across key Finance Operations processes. /liliInvestigate operational issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement corrective actions. /liliContribute to process improvement, automation, and efficiency initiatives. /liliParticipate in testing and validation activities related to process or system changes. /liliSupport the adoption of AI-enabled tools and analytics solutions within Finance Operations. /liliEnsure compliance with internal policies and control requirements. /li /ulh3What skills are we looking for? /h3ulli2-5 years of experience in Finance Operations, Controlling, Reporting, Audit, or other analytical finance-related roles. /liliDegree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or similar disciplines. /liliStrong analytical mindset and confidence working with data, reports, and business performance indicators. /liliGood knowledge of Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP is a plus). /liliAttention to detail, problem-solving attitude,
