Responsibilities
Provide outstanding support to Italian-speaking customers through email, chat, and phone inquiries.

Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Requirements
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce roles is highly desirable.
