As a trusted, behind-the-scenes partner, we create exceptional moments for elite travelers worldwide. /ppTo support our continued growth, we are looking for an Assistant Luxury Experience Designer to join our fast-paced, international, and newly established office in Chiasso. /ph3You Will /h3ulliManage and coordinate luxury travel requests from A to Z, taking full ownership and reporting directly to the Team Leader /liliOversee complete itineraries, including ground operations, hotels, villas, logistics, and exclusive experiences across Italy and Switzerland /liliCommunicate daily with luxury suppliers, travel agencies, and international experienced advisors /liliDesign and deliver tailor-made itineraries and proposals for elite clientele /liliBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers and clients to ensure total satisfaction and repeat business /liliUse BeConcierge CRM to create, manage, and track bookings and performance /liliApply strategic sales techniques to close deals, optimize margins,
