As a trusted, behind-the-scenes partner, we create exceptional moments for elite travelers worldwide. /ppTo support our continued growth, we are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our fast-paced, international, and newly established office in Chiasso. /ph3You Will /h3ulliManage clients' and suppliers' invoices, verifying their accuracy in our BeConcierge CRM and processing payments in a timely manner /liliEstablish payments through bank transfers, ensuring adherence to payment schedules and terms /liliHandle banking and card payment transactions on a monthly basis /liliPrepare and draft monthly financial reports to support reporting and VAT claims /liliApply accounting principles and techniques to maintain accurate,
audit-ready financial records /liliCollaborate closely with the wider Finance team to resolve discrepancies efficiently and with precision /li /ulh3You Are /h3ulliFluent in English; good knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus /liliDegree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (or a related field) /liliExperienced, with at least 6-12 months in an accounting role /liliProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel /liliHighly detail-oriented, with strong knowledge of accounting techniques and principles /liliOrganized and deadline-driven, with a high sense of responsibility for managing multiple tasks /liliConfident working under pressure, with strong interpersonal and team-working skills /liliBased in or around Chiasso (this is a fully in-office position) /li /ulh3We Offer /h3ulliA starting salary of CHF 43,500 gross per year, plus performance-based incentives /liliThe opportunity to grow within a dynamic, multicultural and innovative environment /liliDeep, 360 exposure to accounting principles and practices across five European countries /li /ulh3Location Requirement /h3pCandidates must already reside within a 20 km radius of Chiasso.
