- Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Corporate Counsel to work on a Full-Time basis. The role requires advising on corporate governance, compliance, and strategic business decisions. You will support high-impact legal initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal counsel on corporate governance matters, including board and committee matters.

- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements to mitigate legal risk.

- Advise on regulatory compliance, licensing, and corporate filings in multiple jurisdictions.

- Lead due diligence processes for potential business transactions and partnerships.

- Develop and implement policies to ensure adherence to internal and external legal standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.





- Active membership in at least one state bar with relevant experience in corporate law.

- Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.

- Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks and compliance regulations.

- Ability to analyze legal risks and provide actionable solutions to business stakeholders.
