First of all, your education & diplomas:

- Construction worker, Diploma in «Geometra», or «peritoedile» or technical institute or degree in engineering or materials science
Next, your skills & personal qualities :

- Good interpersonal and organizational skills, and accuracy
- Team spirit and strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility in working hours based on construction site needs
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
