/p ulliManufacturing Excellence Productivity /liliSupply Chain Transformation Network Optimization /liliProcurement Supplier Excellence /liliOperations Planning, Capacity Performance /liliIndustrialization, Scale‑Up Technology Transfer /liliQuality, Compliance GMP Excellence /liliSmart Factory AI-enabled Operations /liliOperational Due Diligence Performance Transformation /li /ul pThis role requires full availability to travel (80% of your working time will be spent at client sites in Italy and abroad (EU and extra EU). /p h3Your profile /h3 ulliDegree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering) or an equivalent qualification. A relevant PhD or MBA is considered a strong asset. /lili3-5 years of hands‑on experience in industrial operations and process optimization within international organizations or consulting firms operating across one or more core Life Sciences sub‑sectors (Pharma, Biotech, MedTech). /liliSolid understanding of the broader Life Sciences sector, combined with deep knowledge of at least one core sub‑sector (Pharma, Biotech, MedTech), including its value chains, operating models, regulatory environment, and key dynamics. /liliDemonstrated involvement in shaping operations strategy, optimizing footprint design, and redesigning industrial networks /liliKnowledge of enabling technologies, including the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Big Data Analytics, Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR),



and Digital Twin technologies /liliDirect experience managing teams and resources /liliExcellent presentation and communication skills /liliStrategic thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset /liliEnthusiasm for driving change /liliExcellent command of Microsoft and AI‑powered tools /liliFamiliarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). /liliFluency in both Italian and English.
