Your role will be to build brand equities to fully meet consumers’ needs and become the preferred product choice in your market; to build and deliver winning business strategy based on superior understanding of the consumers, customer and competitive and ambitious environment. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDefining influencer and creator engagement strategies in partnership with Brand and Media Managers. /liliIdentifying, evaluating, and selecting influencers and creators to support brand objectives. /liliLeading the development of creative briefs and campaign guidance for influencers and creators. /liliBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, creators, and agency partners. /liliEnsuring high-quality content delivery and premium campaign execution across all collaborations. /liliManaging and continuously evolving influencer, creator, and agency databases to support future best-in-class partnerships. /liliConducting competitive landscape assessments and monitoring industry best practices. /liliStaying up to date on influencer marketing trends across key platforms and markets. /liliDeveloping advocacy business cases and recommendations for the assigned scope. /li /ulh3What we offer you /h3ulliResponsibilities as of Day 1 – You will be given specific projects and responsibilities working on real and live business challenges,
just like a true PGer; /liliContinuous coaching – You will work with passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager; /liliDynamic and respectful work environment – Employees are at the core, we value every individual and encourage initiatives, promoting work/life balance. /li /ulh3Job Qualifications /h3ulliExperience in influencer marketing, social media, brand partnerships, account management, or a related field, gained within an agency, brand, or client-side environment. /liliExperience within the beauty, luxury, fashion, or premium consumer goods industry is a strong advantage. /liliStrong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. /liliAnalytical mindset with the ability to assess campaign performance, identify insights, and translate them into recommendations. /liliHighly organised, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively across teams. /liliCurious, accountable, and passionate about staying ahead of digital, social media, and influencer marketing trends. /liliIntermediate to advanced English proficiency. /li /ulh3Tools Technology /h3ulliHands-on experience with Meta Business Manager and TikTok Business Suite. /liliFamiliarity with influencer discovery, scouting, and campaign management platforms is an advantage. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is preferred.
