You will lead supplier qualifications, audits, quality improvement initiatives, and supplier development activities, while supporting New Product Development projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive supplier performance and product quality.Qualify, assess, and develop suppliers to meet company quality standards.Conduct supplier audits, including system and process audits.Lead root cause analysis related to supplier quality issues and non-conformances.Manage high impact suppliers' quality issues by coordinating containment actions to minimize impact on production and customers.Identify high-risk suppliers and establish improvement plansLead sampling activities and validation (PPAP)
on different types of projectsParticipate in design reviews and New Product Development (NPD) activities to preventively identify manufacturing risks, process limitations, and supplier capability gaps before supplier award and/or product launchMaintain successful relationships with supply, engineering, manufacturing, and other departments.QualificationsEquivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be consideredAt least 2 years of experienceGood communication skill in written and spoken English is mandatory.Preferred QualificationsAuditor certification/qualificationBasic knowledge of APQP methods and toolsBasic knowledge of CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) operationKnowledge and competencies about fabrication and stamping processes is a plusCONTRACT: Permanent – hybridBENEFITS:company premio and company canteenTRAVEL: 20-25%Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
