Then you are the right person to join us as a Material Planning Manager in Vado Ligure /p h3Role Overview /h3 pLocation: (Italy- Vado Ligure) /p pYou will report to the Supply Chain Director and work in a collaborative environment with hundreds of colleagues across Supply Chain, Procurement and Supplier Quality. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liEstablishing and coordinating appropriate action plans in the event of a major crisis. /li liCollaborate with Procurement for risk/impact management process including supplier selection, escalation and delivery improvements by preventing crises and enhancing supplier delivery performance. /li liEnsuring suppliers can meet Alstom's needs regarding technical capability and capacity vs. workload. /li liConducting audits to ensure compliance with processes and tools defined by the Central Supply Chain team, including Light and Capacity Assessment, Reporting on SharePoint and appropriated Dashboard. /li liFacilitating root cause analyses and implementing sustainable corrective actions (Improvement and Safeguarding Plans). /li liStrengthening cooperation between various functions (Purchasing,



Quality, Supply Chain) to manage the least performing suppliers (TOP RED and RED). /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liDegree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or a related field. /li liDemonstrated experience in supplier relationship management (in Procurement, Supply Chain or Quality). /li liStrong leadership, rigor, responsiveness, analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liLanguage skills: Fluent in Italian with a good level of English (B2). /li liWillingness to travel (50%). /li liKnowledge of an ERP system (ideally SAP). /li /ul h3It would be a plus if you have: /h3 ul liUnderstanding of lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, ability to perform a Value Stream Map). /li liProven track record in conducting supplier assessment independently. /li liYellow/Green Belt certification or similar. /li liEnglish speaker. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liOpportunity to lead in an innovative and supportive environment. /li liProfessional development and growth opportunities. /li liA competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits. /li /ul pSalary Range 37.500 € - 50.000 € /p pCCNL (Contratto Collettivo Nazionale del Lavoro) applied: Metalmeccanici Industria /p pYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
