The team
We would like to join Alvarez & Marsal’s dynamic Transaction Advisory team. Our award-winning practice includes over 1,000 professionals in over 40 offices across the United States, Middle East, Europe, Latin America, India and Asia Pacific. We work for premium clients on a selection of deals sector wide. Our Transactions Advisory team have established Alvarez & Marsal as one of the leading providers of financial due diligence globally and the leading firm to develop a fulfilling career in Transaction Advisory.
How You Will Contribute
We are growing and continue to expand our newly established team in Rome, we are looking to hire an Associate with experience in Transactions Advisory or audit experience from a Big 4. As part of our highly skilled team, the successful individual will;
- Join a growing team with strong leadership, bright,

- Work across the entire deal life cycle in a hands-on role, including both buy-side and sell-side work

Our base salaries are highly competitive (ranging between €35k to €45k at the Associate grade) and bonuses are un-capped. Employees are rewarded for their contribution to growing both TAG and the broader business.
Qualifications
- Qualified accountant and/or an exceptional academic record
- Experience in Transaction Services (financial due diligence) or in audit at a Big 4 firm is essential
- A strong academic record and professional qualifications are helpful
- Fluent business level English and Italian is essential. Additional European language skills including French, German, Dutch, Swedish or Spanish are highly desirable
