The role is based in bNaples /b with availability for business travel across Italy. The SITE SUPERVISOR is the key figure responsible for organizing, managing, and operationally coordinating a construction site, ensuring compliance with timelines, costs, project specifications, and above all, safety and environmental regulations. This role acts as the technical and organizational point of reference among contractors, workers, site management, and the client, overseeing materials, personnel, and resolving critical issues. /p pbAccountabilities /b /p ul lipbPlanning and Organization /bResponsible for site setup, workflow planning, process management, weekly, monthly, and quarterly scheduling, allocation of equipment and machinery, and reporting. /p /li lipbCoordination /bSupervises personnel and subcontractors, ensuring integration and safety. /p /li lipbSafety (Legislative Decree 81/08) /bEnsures compliance with the Safety and Coordination Plan (PSC) and the Operational Safety Plan (POS) by all companies, monitors the use of safety devices, and implements preventive measures. Acts as an interface with the Safety Coordinator (CSE). /p /li lipbTechnical and Contractual Management /bLiaises with the Site Manager, monitors execution according to project specifications, manages relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, prepares schedules and reports, and oversees work accounting. /p /li lipbQuality and Environment /bEnsures compliance with quality standards and environmental regulations by all companies,
monitoring adherence to current legislation. /p /li lipbResource and Equipment Management /bControls materials (procurement and receipt), manages human resources and contractors, and optimizes the use of available resources and equipment. /p /li lipbProblem Solving /bIdentifies and promptly addresses technical, operational, or logistical issues to prevent delays. /p /li lipbWork Progress Certification /bResponsible for accounting progress and authorizing monthly work progress statements (SAL). /p /li /ul pbRequired Skills / Knowledge /b /p ul lipProven experience in site supervision, ideally in signalling, infrastructure, or construction environments. /p /li lipStrong knowledge of safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08). /p /li lipExperience managing contractors and subcontractors. /p /li lipAbility to read and understand technical documentation and project specifications. /p /li lipAvailability for national business travel. /p /li /ul pbDesired Skills / Knowledge /b /p ul lipPrevious experience in the railway sector. /p /li lipFamiliarity with work progress accounting processes (SAL). /p /li lipKnowledge of quality and environmental procedures. /p /li /ul pbEducation / Qualifications /b /p ul lipTechnical diploma or bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, Surveying, or equivalent). /p /li lipCertifications related to safety or site management. /p /li /ul pbLanguages /b /p ul lipItalian: Fluent (Required). /p /li lipEnglish: Basic to Intermediate (Preferred). /p /li /ul pAlla posizione si applica il vigente CCNL per l’industria metalmeccanica privata e l’installazione di impianti, con inquadramento nel livello C3, ai sensi della relativa disciplina di classificazione del personale.
