ppFor our client, a leading company in the renewable energy sector, we are looking for a Senior Sales Manager. /ppThe role will focus on driving sales strategy, key account management and business development across the Italian energy market. /ph3Main activities /h3ulliReporting directly to the Head of Sales, acting as the main commercial point of reference for the Italian market; /liliDeveloping and executing the sales strategy for Italy, in line with regional objectives; /liliManaging contract negotiations and tender processes in collaboration with Sales, Legal, Commercial and other relevant internal teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements; /liliWorking closely with cross-functional teams, including Project Management, Engineering, Product Development, Marketing, Logistics and other corporate functions, to ensure alignment between customer requirements and the company's capabilities; /liliIdentifying and developing relationships with key customers and stakeholders, including utilities, energy producers, developers, investors, EPCs and other relevant market operators; /liliManaging the full sales cycle for solutions, as well as service, maintenance and post-sales opportunities, from business development and pipeline development through to contract negotiation and closing; /liliDeveloping account strategies and capture plans for key customers, identifying new business opportunities and assessing related risks and market potential; /liliMaintaining a detailed understanding of national energy policies, incentive programs, and permitting procedures affecting the energy sector. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3h3Must have /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; /lili5+ years of professional experience in sales,
