ppbProduct Sales Support Technician, Switches (m/f/d) /b /p pCARLO GAVAZZI is a global manufacturer of electronic components for industrial and building automation. Our portfolio includes sensors, monitoring relays, energy meters and solid-state solutions that enable applications in Industry 4.0, energy efficiency, e-mobility and smart automation. /p pThis is a technical role within the Product Sales Support Department in RD, focused on in-depth analysis of products returned by customers to identify the root cause. As Product Sales Support Technician, you will be responsible for collecting data and generating the necessary reports, using statistical methods to identify areas of improvement, and working with the factories and management team to prioritize improvements and avoid the repetition of similar faults in the future. /p ul liConducting in-depth analysis to find the root cause of product claims returned by customers, discussing possible solutions with the responsible departments /li liManaging the flow of product claim returns, from logging on the claims schedule up to compiling the claim report,



shared with the sales team /li liGathering monthly statistical data on claims and identifying any recurring claims to solve issues proactively /li liIdentifying areas of possible product improvement /li liLiaising with factories in Mexico and China on nonconforming products and discussing possible improvements /li liServing as a technical link between factories and the warehouse in Milan, performing quality checks on nonconforming material in warehouse stock /li liWorking with application engineers to gather data from applications and relate the failure mode to the way the product is being used in the customer's application /li liPreferably in possession of an electrical/electronic technical degree /li liKnowledge and experience in power electronics and electrical circuit analysis /li liStrong analytical skills and attention to detail /li liStrong technical writing skills, with the ability to produce quality technical documentation /li liTeam-oriented mindset /li liSelf-motivated, able to work independently without constant supervision /li liPrevious experience in a similar position will be considered an asset /li liApplicants must already be in possession of a valid work permit to work in Italy /li liA key technical role in an international, innovation-driven company /li liClose collaboration with sales, factories and management /li liExposure to a wide range of products and technical challenges /li liOpportunities for professional growth and continuous learning /li liCompetitive compensation package /li liInternational work environment /li /ul pLearn more about us or visit our LinkedIn page /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
