This role offers full training, international exposure, and the chance to grow in a supportive, fast-paced environment. /b /ppJob Title:b Italian Speaking Administrator /b /ppLocation: Fareham, Hampshire (Hybrid – Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays on site, Thursdays and Fridays WFH) /ppContract Type: Full-time, Permanent /ppSalary: £28,000 – £31,000 per year /ppWe’re working with a global leader in the vision-care industry to recruit an Administrator for their Accounts Receivable department to join their friendly, international team. We are open to candidates from an administration, office support, or similar background. /ph3The role includes: /h3ulliMonitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments by email or phone. /liliRecord and allocate customer payments in the company system. /liliRespond to customer and internal queries about invoices, payments, and account balances.



/liliSend customer statements and payment reminders when needed. /liliReview customer orders that are on hold and assist with release decisions. /liliCheck customer credit information and payment history. /liliHelp create and update customer account records, invoices, and credit notes. /liliSupport month-end finance activities and account reconciliations. /liliEnsure company policies and procedures are followed at all times. /liliAssist the Accounts Receivable team with general administrative and finance tasks as required. /li /ulh3What we’re looking for: /h3ulliItalian language skills /liliStrong numerical skills and attention to detail /liliGood Excel skills /liliA positive attitude and willingness to learn /liliBackground in admin / office support / customer service /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
