ph3Work location: Camisano (CR) /h3pWho will you be working with? /ppYou will work closely with Engineering, Quality, Production and Project teams, as well as suppliers, external laboratories and customers. You will report directly to the Engineering Manager. /ph3How will you make a difference? /h3pAs a Laboratory Manager , you will be responsible for managing laboratory operations and validation activities for Bogie Brake products and applications. You will ensure that testing activities are completed on time, within budget and according to quality requirements. You will also support the maintenance and continuous improvement of laboratory equipment and test benches. /ph3What will your typical day look like? /h3ulliManage daily laboratory operations and testing activities. /liliPlan and coordinate validation tests. /liliManage laboratory resources, priorities and budget. /liliEnsure compliance with quality standards and accreditation requirements. /liliSupport test bench verification and maintenance activities. /liliReview and approve test reports. /liliWork with internal teams, suppliers and external laboratories. /liliSupport cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives. /liliMaintain laboratory organization and 5S standards. /li /ulh3What do we want to know about you? /h3ulliDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field. /liliExperience in laboratory, validation or testing activities. /liliExperience managing resources and budgets. /liliKnowledge of metrology. /liliExperience with laboratory accreditations and international standards, including ISO 17025. /liliFluent Italian and English. /li /ulh3What do we offer? /h3ulliPermanent full-time contract,

The actual salary offered to the candidate may be influenced by various factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands, and work location.
