ppThe Bartender will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage and food service to guests /p pwhile ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This role requires adherence to Borgo /p pPignano service standards, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the bar team in daily operations. /p pThe Bartender will contribute to guest satisfaction by delivering prompt and courteous service, /p pdemonstrating product knowledge, and upholding hotel standards. /p h3DUTIES RESPONSABILITIES /h3 ul liServe guests in accordance with the hotel's food and beverage quality, presentation, /li liAdhere to the Beverage Department's Standard Operating Procedures and recommend improvements. /li liSet up the bar at the start of operations, ensuring all supplies, liquors, ice, glassware, juices, and garnishes are prepared. /li liProcess drink orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy in the number of drinks and billing procedures. /li liPrepare all cocktails according to the hotel's standard beverage manual, using precise measurements. /li liReceive and verify liquor stock against previous shift’s requisitions, reporting discrepancies to the Bar Supervisor. /li liMaintain security in the work area, ensuring the bar is never left unattended unless properly relieved. /li liAssist with cleaning duties and disposing of melting ice. /li liEnsure compliance with Borgo Pignano service standards.
/li liMaintain high levels of communication with colleagues and supervisors regarding guest preferences and special requests. /li liUphold hygiene and health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and clean working environment. /li liParticipate in team briefings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and service quality. /li liPerform any additional duties as assigned by the Bar Supervisor or FB Management. /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liPrevious experience of at least 2 years in a similar role within luxury hospitality or high-end dining. /li liKnowledge of beverage service, cocktails, and wines. /li liAIBES or IBA or similar certification is a plus /li liFluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. /li /ul h3OUR OFFER /h3 ul liStart date: June 2026, with a 7 month fixed-term contract (grade as per the National Collective Labor Agreement for the Tourism Sector) /li li40 hours per week over 5 days with two rotating days off. /li liWellbeing initiatives and events that promote collaboration and inclusion. /li li50% discount on dining at our sister hotel. /li liTraining and development activities, and bonuses for achieving service quality goals. /li liCompany canteen for meals during service. /li liUniform and Uniform cleaning. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
