The role requires advising on corporate governance, compliance, and strategic business decisions. You will support high-impact legal initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams. /p pbKey Responsibilities: /b /p ul liProvide legal counsel on corporate governance matters, including board and committee matters. /li liDraft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements to mitigate legal risk. /li liAdvise on regulatory compliance, licensing, and corporate filings in multiple jurisdictions. /li liLead due diligence processes for potential business transactions and partnerships. /li liDevelop and implement policies to ensure adherence to internal and external legal standards. /li /ul pbRequired Skills Qualifications: /b /p ul liJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
