We're looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our Milan office and become part of the AFC Department, supporting the management of accounting, reporting, and financial processes within a fast-paced and international environment.

The role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting activities, with a specific focus on accounts payable, general accounting, cost accounting, supplier management, and financial reporting processes. The position will also contribute to the continuous improvement of internal procedures and the implementation of digital tools and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the accounts payable cycle, including invoice receipt, registration, verification of purchase orders, and support to the approval and accounting processes;
- Support general accounting activities and ensure proper documentation filing for contracts, purchase orders, and accounting records;
- Support cost accounting activities related to cost centers and projects, contributing to periodic management control processes;
- Collaborate with the Procurement department in managing and updating the supplier database and supporting supplier research and evaluation activities;
- Support the implementation, development, and optimization of company ERP systems and digital finance tools;
- Provide support in preparing financial reporting activities for subsidiaries and affiliated companies;
- Support treasury activities and the implementation and use of cash management and reporting tools;
- Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls.
Candidate Skills
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance,
or controlling roles within structured organizations;
- Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent education;
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes;
- Experience with ERP systems; experience in ERP implementation projects;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a dynamic and international environment;
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different departments;
- Good knowledge of English is mandatory;
- Proactive, organized, and team-oriented approach.
Compensation and Employment Terms
The employment level and compensation package will be determined based on the requirements of the role, the candidate's skills, qualifications, and professional experience. The gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges from €30,000 to €40,000, in addition to any benefits and contractual provisions provided under the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CCNL).
