Offer Description
The candidate will need to have solid experience in oncological nanomedicine and cell and molecular biology, with particular reference to the development and preclinical evaluation of nanostructured systems for drug and gene delivery.
Expertise is required in the preparation and physicochemical characterization of lipid nanoparticles and/or other nanocarriers, in the study of nano-bio interactions and protein corona, as well as in vitro evaluation by cell culture, viability/cytotoxicity assays, uptake and internalization, gene transfection and/or silencing, and expression analysis of molecular targets. xysqume Experience in in vivo preclinical studies, including evaluation of therapeutic efficacy, biodistribution and biological response in tumor animal models, is also required. Knowledge of animal testing procedures and possession of the relevant enabling training/certification shall be considered as highly preferential qualifications
