For the upcoming 2025 summer season, 7Pines Resort is seeking a FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR.

Previous experience in similar facilities or more generally in the hotel industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

- Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes, guest requests and phone calls.
- Ensure guests receive exceptional customer service and resolve any problems or complaints.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including cash handling and room assignments.
- Supervise, train and coach front desk staff.




- Ensure that all front office equipment and supplies are maintained and in good working order. xjncmbx
- Keep current on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or related role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel management software
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred)
- Language: English (Required)
