Neos is expanding its network and invites experienced Captains to join our Boeing 737 operation (Classic 300 series through NG 900). Whether you are already type-rated or NTR, we offer training to get you mission-ready on our fleet.

- Type Rating: Not required - Training provided
- License Required: ATPL (EASA)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 4 (English)
- Italian language proficiency: Minimum Level 6

- Command Boeing 737 operations across Neos's growing short- and medium-haul network with an unwavering focus on safety and compliance.
- Lead a highly professional crew, delivering outstanding service and on-time performance.
- Exercise sound decision-making in dynamic operational environments, from preflight planning to post-flight review.
- Uphold company SOPs, regulatory standards, and best-in-class CRM practices.

- Total time: 5,000 hours (minimum)
- PIC time:

- License: Valid EASA ATPL
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: Italian minimum Level 6 and English ICAO ELP 4
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Clearance: No criminal record
- Travel rights: Legal right to travel unrestricted to and from all countries served by Neos S.p.A.
- Current Boeing 737 type rating (Classic or NG) is welcome but not essential - training is provided for NTR Captains.
