General Ledger Accountant Villasanta, Monza and Brianza, Italy

- Plan, coordinate, and manage all administrative procedures and systems to continuously improve operational efficiency.
- Manage scheduling, deadlines, and office calendar coordination.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and oversee purchasing aligned with budget controls.
- Oversee facility services, maintenance activities, and vendor relationships.
- Organize and supervise internal office activities, including event planning, space renovations, and sustainability/recycling efforts.
- Facilitate effective communication across departments and actively contribute to interdepartmental collaboration.
- Identify bottlenecks in administrative processes and recommend actionable process improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on administrative activities, overheads, and costs for senior management review.
- Support other corporate departments with administrative tasks and operational coordination as needed.
- Accruals and preparation of monthly trial balance.
- Labour cost: check the balance of the accounts.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive approach to task management.
- Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive, productive work environment.
- Capability to manage complex administrative projects.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
EXPERIENCE: Solid, proven experience in accounting and administrative roles of responsibility.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
INFORMATICS SKILLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. xjncmbx
