Regional Sales Manager - North west
Dentsply Sirona Italia is looking for a Regional Manager for the Northwest Region (Piemonte, Liguria e Valle D’Aosta).
The candidate will have to achieve the assigned turnover targets for his/her area of responsibility, through effective management of resources and in compliance with company procedures.
To align the Regional sales organization’s objectives with company business strategy through active participation in strategic planning and sales and business development strategy deployment.
Responsibilities:

- Meeting/exceeding budgeted sales quota while adhering to an annual expense budget
- Managing the Sales Plan of his/her area
- Proposing suitable solutions to improve sales results
- Guiding employees to achieve the assigned objectives
- Developing an accurate regional analysis of territory and customers
- Establishing and maintaining productive peer-to-peer relationships with customers and prospects
- Coordinating and conducting regional sales meetings
- Coordinating and setting-up major regional trade shows and clinical meetings, as needed or required
- Co-travelling with sales representatives
- Recruiting, training and developing the sales team, in compliance with company policy
- Directly managing key customers
- Managing and enhancing the value of the existing customer base
- Identifying and acquiring new significant customers
- Guaranteeing maximum efficiency in the area, within the budget
- Delivering effective presentations to a variety of relevant audience
Requirements:
-
- Experience in the role in multinational companies - Experience in the dental field will be considered a significant plus
- University degree or education
- Knowledge of English and IT tools
- Excellent skills in managing sales representatives with an agency contract
- Knowledge of sales and territory management techniques
- Results orientation
- Public speaking
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Integrity

- Annual gross salary in the range of €65,000–€75,000, commensurate with experience, plus a variable premio of up to 30% of the base salary.
