Joining our team means working on cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic, collaborative environment where your ideas and expertise help shape the future in different sectors and applications. /ppbr / /ppstrongWHAT YOU#39;LL GET TO DO /strong /ppbr / /pulliSupport with institutional and commercial projects proposal coordination, preparation and submission. /liliYou will report to the head of the proposals and the domain business development responsible. /liliYou will support with the management of the entire bidding process, from analysing documentation and interacting with the customer, to drafting and validating the proposal, through to negotiation and contract finalisation. /liliYou will support organise and coordinate the proposal preparation process, ensuring parallelisation and full compliance with company procedures, customer procurement rules, regulatory standards, export conditions, and contractual constraints. /liliYou will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary contributions,
working closely with technical and operational teams to define solutions and architectures aligned with bid objectives. /liliYou will help update and maintain the company sales, marketing and proposals databases according to the agreed processes and standards. /liliYou will contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal management processes and the development of the company#39;s knowledge base. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongYOU#39;LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PROPOSAL MANAGER /strong /ppbr / /pulliMaster’s degree in engineering, Physics, or other technical-scientific disciplines; /liliExcellent communication skills; /liliExcellent planning, organisational skills, and time management; /liliFluency in English; /liliAttention to detail and able to work with a high level of meticulousness; /liliProactive attitude; /liliTeamwork player; /liliAbility to work successfully under time-sensitive deadlines and in fast-paced environments. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongADDITIONAL INFORMATION /strong /ppbr / /pulliLocation: Sarcedo, Vicenza (Italy); /liliWorking time: tempo pieno, hybrid as per the internal policy; /liliCompensation: fixed term of one year, 25.000€ – 27.000€ based on the candidate#39;s experience. /li /ulpbr / /p
